Return & Exchange Guidelines
 • Products purchased under promotional offers or discounts cannot be exchanged.
 • If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), you will receive a credit note of your purchase value, redeemable only online at MatrixOmans.com.

Credit Note Policy
 • The credit note will be valid for six months from the date of issue.
 • It can be used only once and cannot be used partially.
 • The credit note can be redeemed for a purchase of equal or higher value.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you may return it in unused condition, with original packaging and tags, within 14 days from the delivery date.

You can return the item in the following ways:
 1. In-Store Return: Most items can be returned to our physical stores. To check if an item is eligible, please contact our customer care team at [+968 9470 7650].
 2. Club Apparel Stores in Oman: Visit the nearest Club Apparel store with the item, original packaging, and sales invoice.
 3. Courier Pick-up Service:
 • Contact MatrixOmans.com customer support at [+968 9470 7650] to arrange a return.
 • Our courier will collect the item from your delivery address.
 • The return will be processed once we receive the item in its original condition with packaging, tags, and the invoice.

We cannot accept returns without the original sales invoice.

Before Accepting Delivery

Before signing for a package, please check that the packaging is not damaged or tampered with. If you notice any issues, do not accept the package and contact our customer care team immediately at [+968 9470 7650] or email us at [Ecom@matrixomans.com] with your order reference number.

If you receive a damaged item and we cannot replace it, we will refund the shipping charges. If a replacement is available, we will ship it to you at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
 • Fragrances
 • Cosmetics
 • Innerwear (underwear, lingerie)
 • Gift vouchers
 • Made-to-order or altered items

Returns & Refunds via Courier
 • Returns: You can return an item within 14 days of purchase.
 • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7 working days upon receiving the unused merchandise with the original sales invoice.
 • Credit card refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (processing time depends on your bank).
 • COD orders will be refunded as store credit (My Cash), valid for one year from the date of issue.

Exchanges
 • Items can only be exchanged for the same value as the original purchase.
 • You can request an exchange for a different size or color via our website, app, or customer care.
 • Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse (within 48 to 72 hours), we will inspect it and dispatch the replacement.
 • Internationally purchased items are not eligible for exchange, only for returns.
