Shipping Regions

 

We currently cater to Oman and other select regions.

 

Payment Methods

 

We accept the following payment methods:

 • Cash on Delivery (COD)

 • Debit Card & Credit Card

 • My Cash (Store Credit)

 

Shipping Timeframe

 • Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 days for most areas.

 • Once an Air Waybill (AWB) Number is generated, customers will be notified via their registered email and mobile number to track their shipment.

 

Shipping Charges

 • A flat shipping fee of OMR 4 will be charged on all orders, regardless of order value.

 • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will incur an additional OMR 2 service charge.

 • If all international market items in an order are canceled, the international shipping fee is refundable. However, if only some international items are canceled, the fee still applies and won’t be refunded.

 

International Shipments

 • Items labeled as “International Shipment” on the product page and shopping bag indicate that they are sourced from international suppliers.

 • International shipping fees apply separately and will be communicated at checkout.

 

Out-of-Service Areas

 • If your delivery location is in an out-of-service area, your order will be delivered to the nearest Aramex office.

 • Delivery schedules and additional charges will be as per Aramex’s terms and policies.
